The School of Science, together with the Center for International Affairs, Walailak University, organized an online workshop on the topic of Climate-Smart Agriculture: Smart Farming Practices. Interested parties from 26 countries participated.

On Monday, July 5, 2021, Prof. Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, the President of Walailak University presided over the opening of an online workshop entitled Climate Smart Agriculture: Smart Farming Practices, which the School of Science and the Center for International Affairs, Walailak University organized with 92 participants from 26 countries, amounting to 92 participants under the financial support of Department of International Cooperation

The Climate-Smart Agriculture workshop project will be held during July 5-23, 2021 with 92 interested students from 26 countries, led by Associate Professor Dr. Mallika Charoensuthasinee. is the project leader and Associate Professor Dr. Krisnadej Charoensuthasinee Lecture on the use of technology to help manage agriculture.
There will also be lectures on the management of arable land, soil, water, the use of technology in production processes and increase production. In this event, trips will be organized for the participants to see the real farm management.
