At the WU Innovation Day 2024, held from August 28 to 30, 2024, the Faculty of Science staffs had the opportunity to present their outstanding innovation titled “Smart Service: Enhancing Services with LINE Chatbot for Students and Interested Parties.” The presentation took place at the Phattharamaporn Conference Room, 9th Floor, Building B, Walailak University Medical Center, and garnered significant interest from attendees.
The “LINE Chatbot System” project involves developing a chatbot through LINE to enhance the convenience of providing information and answering queries for students and interested individuals. This includes support for application processes, information on programs, and other educational services. By utilizing technology, the chatbot offers quick and accurate responses and recommendations 24/7.
This presentation not only showcased the application of technology to improve service delivery but also highlighted the Faculty of Science’s commitment to educational innovation. It represents a significant step towards enhancing the experience of students and interested parties.
