สาขาวิชาเคมี มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ เป็นสาขาวิชาที่อยู่ในหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์ สำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยเน้นการเรียนแบบ Active Learning ผู้เรียนจะได้ปฏิบัติจริง ด้วยเครื่องมือที่ทันสมัย และสามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ แยกแยะได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ซึ่งสาขาวิชา เคมี มีทั้งหมด 4 แขนงวิชา คือ เคมีอินทรีย์ เคมีอนินทรีย์ เคมีเชิงฟิสิกส์ และเคมีวิเคราะห์
