Mathematics with Games for Youth Toward Sustainable Development

Mathematical games are applied to young people. The aim is to develop mathematics education through instructional media and activities that integrate sustainability and quality education. We organize mathematics camps or training activities on mathematics projects for both primary and secondary school students in the southern region. The partnership between Walailak University and schools in the southern region enables youth to learn from experts and apply their knowledge practically, fostering skill development and future readiness. For example, in the Napier’s Bones activity, students learn to develop their multiplication skills. Furthermore, if youth can expand upon the knowledge gained and engage in critical thinking or generate new insights through mathematics projects, this will play a vital role in cultivating a high-quality future workforce for the country.
